This module aims to enable understanding of the importance of effective internal and external communications in building sustainable relationships and delivering customer value. It provides the opportunity to recognise the importance of communications planning in delivering marketing solutions. Company invoicing:

If you would like us to invoice your company, please supply a purchase order from your company. There is an administration fee of £10 (+VAT) for each service paid for in this way.

Missing tutorials or turning up late:

Please remember it is the student's responsibility to keep appointments and those missed without prior cancellation will be non-refundable.

Cancellations by you:

All cancellations are subject to an administration charge of £10 (+VAT) per workshop or tutorial. If you cancel:

  • at least 10 days in advance you will get a full refund (less the administration charge)
  • at least 3 days in advance you will get a 50% refund (less administration charge)

All other cancellations are non-refundable.

Cancellations by us:

SSG reserves the right to change or cancel tutorial/service details without notice or liability.

Transfers

We always do our utmost to accommodate our customers’ requirements and try to make amendments in line with your wishes. Please note however that all changes to bookings are subject to availability and will incur a £10 (+VAT) administration charge per workshop/tutorial affected.

Budgeting for study support

Unemployed students

We offer a 25% discount on fees for unemployed CIM students. You will need to provide proof of unemployment to receive this reduction.

Employer sponsorship

If your employer is paying for your CIM study support we can help you plan a full year's study support now. It can be reassuring for you to know that you have already sorted out all your assignment support or exam preparation. Plus, you won't need to keep going back to your employer with invoice after invoice, they will be able to pay for all your support services in one convenient payment.
